Selçuk | Gündüz Attorneys At Law, established in 2009 by two senior lawyers, has an expert team of lawyers dedicated to legal practice with an aim to provide best quality services to their clients.

Selçuk | Gündüz currently consists of 3 partners and a team of associates of 5 people in addition to its administrative staff.

Founding partners Mr. İlmutluhan Selçuk and Dr. Okan Gündüz had worked together at a Turkish law firm based in Istanbul before establishing the Office. Before joining in private practice, Selçuk had worked as a senior case handler at the Turkish Competition Authority for more than 7 years. Mr. Şahin Yavuz, a partner of the Office, had worked for the Turkish Competition Authority for 14 years as a chief competition expert and case handler.

İlmutluhan Selçuk is currently a lecturer on Telecommunications Law at Bilkent University (Ankara) Faculty of Law, LL.M. Program on Economics of Law and is the author of several publications. He is also a frequent speaker at competition law conferences and seminars. Selçuk has an LL.M. degree on Computer and Communications Law form the University of London, Queen Marry College (2002).

Gündüz holds a Ph.D. degree on Civil Procedure Law from the University of Marmara, Faculty of Law (2009) and has completed his LL.M. on International Legal Studies at Golden Gate University in San Francisco (2002). Dr. Okan Gündüz is
currently a lecturer on Civil Procedure Law at the Law Faculty of Okan University in Istanbul.

Yavuz has an an MSc degree on Science and Technology Policy Studies from Middle East Technical University (2006) and MSc degree on Economics from the University of Illinois (2003).

All attorneys at Selcuk | Gündüz are fluent in English and admitted to Istanbul Bar Association.
